Supreme Wins – Postal Entry Policy

1. Introduction

Supreme Wins Ltd offers a free postal entry route to ensure fair and legal competition participation. This policy outlines the process for submitting postal entries and the conditions that apply.

2. Eligibility for Postal Entry

  • The postal entry route is available to all eligible participants under our Terms & Conditions.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in the UK or Guernsey.
  • Each postal entry must be handwritten and submitted in accordance with the guidelines outlined below.

3. How to Submit a Postal Entry

To enter a competition via postal entry, participants must send a handwritten entry containing the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Postal Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Name of the Competition
  • Correct Answer to the Skill-Based Question (where applicable)
  • Statement Confirming Agreement to Terms & Conditions

Each competition must be entered individually, meaning separate postal entries must be sent for each competition.

4. Postal Entry Conditions

  • Only one free postal entry per competition per person is permitted.
  • Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date.
  • Illegible, incomplete, or incorrectly formatted entries may be disqualified.
  • Supreme Wins is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

5. Equal Treatment of Postal Entries

  • All postal entries are treated equally to paid entries.
  • Postal entries are manually processed and included in the randomised draw system.
  • No preference or disadvantage is given to postal or paid entries.

6. Confirmation & Verification

  • No confirmation will be provided upon receipt of a postal entry.
  • Winners will be contacted using the details provided in their entry.
  • If selected as a winner, participants must verify their identity and eligibility.

7. Fraud Prevention & Fair Play

  • Any attempt to submit multiple postal entries for the same competition will result in disqualification.
  • Fraudulent postal entries, including photocopied or bulk submissions, will be voided and may lead to a ban from future competitions.
  • Supreme Wins reserves the right to amend or discontinue the postal entry route in the event of abuse.
