Supreme Wins – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Supreme Wins Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing and participating in our competitions, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Supreme Wins Ltd is registered in Guernsey and complies with the relevant legal frameworks of both Guernsey and the UK.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Open to residents of Guernsey and the UK.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Supreme Wins Ltd are not eligible to enter competitions.

3. Competition Entry & Rules

3.1 How to Enter

• Competitions require the purchase of a ticket or entry via the free postal method (outlined in the Postal Entry Policy).
• Each participant must answer a skill-based question before entering.
• Entries must be received before the competition closing date.

3.2 Winner Selection

• An independent, automated process selects winners from all correct entries.
• The draw will be conducted live and/or recorded for transparency.
• All winners will be contacted via email or phone within 48 hours.
• A redraw may be conducted if a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

4.1 Payments

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other FCA-compliant payment gateways.
• All transactions are subject to standard fraud prevention checks.

4.2 Refunds & Cancellations

• Competition entries are non-refundable unless a competition is cancelled.
• If a competition is cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund.

5. Postal Entry Policy

• A free entry route is available for all competitions.
• Postal entries must include full name, address, email, phone number, competition name, and the answer to the skill-based question.
• Only one postal entry per person per competition is allowed.
• Incomplete, illegible, or late postal entries may be disqualified.

6. Winner Verification & Prize Fulfillment

• Winners may be required to provide a valid photo ID for verification.
• Prizes will be delivered within 14 days of verification.
• Payment will be made via bank transfer if a cash prize is selected.
• In cases where a prize is unavailable, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be offered.

7. Responsible Gaming & Fair Play Policy

• Participants may self-exclude from competitions upon request.
• Supreme Wins does not encourage excessive participation in competitions.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, or automated entry attempts will result in disqualification and potential legal action.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

• We comply with GDPR and Guernsey Data Protection Laws.
• Personal data is collected to process entries, notify winners, and improve services.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes should be directed to admin@supremewins.co.uk for initial resolution.
• If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to an independent arbitration body.
• The governing law for all disputes is Guernsey and UK law.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

• Supreme Wins Ltd is not liable for technical errors that may affect competition entries.
• Participants agree that prizes are provided “as is” without warranties.
• In no event shall Supreme Wins Ltd be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Guernsey and the UK. Any legal disputes shall be handled within these jurisdictions.

12. Updates & Amendments

• Supreme Wins Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued participation in competitions constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
• The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on our website.
